Saturday Share: A book series I cannot put down, a food I’m apprehensively trying, plus more!
Hi Darlings! I’m starting a new thing where each Saturday I’ll be sharing more of my life - what I’m reading, what I’m listening to, what I’m eating - you get the picture. I thought it would be a fun way to bring my whole self to this blog and start sharing the girl behind the DIYs.
So without further ado….
The chokehold this series has on me is real. I’ve completely torn through the first three books, plus the novela that precedes this book. If you like fantasy, adventure, romance, or strong female characters than you will love this series!
I started The Diplomat, staring Keri Russell, on Netflix and I’m intrigued… I won’t say it’s the best show I’ve ever seen but I’m only two episodes in. So the jury is still out. I’ve loved pretty much everything Keri Russell is in since her Felicity days. So I’ll keep giving this show a chance.
Jenna Kutcher is such an inspiration to me. And lately her podcast has really resonated. This week, it was all about doing a regular life inventory practice, as well as allowing yourself to feel your feelings. Such a simple concept, but it got me thinking about where I’m at in my own life. Things that are working and things that aren’t.
I’ve never bought cottage cheese… but then these cottage cheese on toast recipes started popping up and I thought I’d give it a try. SO DELICIOUS!
This is hands down the best self-tanner I’ve ever used. It doesn’t smell, it’s easy to apply and it looks highly realistic. It’s definitely helping me bridge the gap between winter white legs and my ideal bronze-y summer ones.
